Hack - A - Day Has a great write up about making a color-combination lock for your door. I am thinking about wireing something up & will let you know what I do.
Excuse the hairy leg in the background. And my weak voice. I was mixing up my powersupply’s. Aparently, a 9 volt battery is enough to run it.
Also, you will notice, I have a few indicator LED’s wired up to the PICAXE, I hope to replace those with code that feeds back to a PC. Maybe I will leave 1 LED & have it blink codes.
my bro has setup a space for him & I to colaborate on the PICAXe project. It seems kindof branded, but in an offhanded way. Here
That should show up in my links soon too.
Goodness. I’ve done lots of bits & pieces. Be sure to check out the other youtube video by me, about a Picaxe “game” It is late, I will make some writeups later.
I added a link to Candyfab in my logo, because I’ve tried to participate in this really interesting project. I have gotten parts together & am working on engineering a “candyfab” of my own. Its a relatively simple “manufacturing” tool. I have lots of pictures up in my flickr account.. I will try to edit this to link. Keep in touch folks, email or post (after a simple sighnup) or Checkout Candyfab.
UPdate!
How about a LINK! to my flickr page! (account is Phillippy) if the link doesnt work.
